How are tutors chosen and matched to my child?+
Every tutor is personally interviewed, reference-checked and hand-picked for strong academic results and the ability to explain things clearly. We then match on subject, exam board, goals and personality — and if the fit isn't right, we'll rematch.
Are lessons online, and which exam boards do you cover?+
All lessons are one-to-one online. Our tutors work across the major UK boards (AQA, Edexcel, OCR, WJEC) — just tell us which board your child is on and we'll match accordingly.
How much do lessons cost and how do payments work?+
GCSE is £35/hour and A-Level is £50/hour, paid on a simple hourly basis. No contracts, no hidden fees. Further Maths pricing varies by module — please get in touch for a quote.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes — we offer a free 30-minute trial lesson so you and your child can meet the tutor and see if it's a good match before committing to anything.
How often should lessons be, and do you tutor in the holidays?+
Most students benefit from one or two lessons a week, and we'll advise based on their goals and exam timeline. Tutors are usually available through school holidays for revision or catch-up.
Can parents stay involved?+
Absolutely. Parents are welcome to speak directly with tutors about progress, and we're always on WhatsApp or email if you'd prefer to go through us.
